INSTRUCTIONS FOR FILLING THE ONLINE APPLICATION

1. You must upload the scanned originals of the following on the request and must produce the originals at the verification interview.

  • Birth Certificate (Both sides)
  • National identity card/ Driving license (Both sides)/ Passport (Detail page)
  • G.C.E. (O/L) Certificate (Both sides if applicable)
  • G.C.E. (A/L) Certificate (Both sides if applicable)
  • Diploma Certificate/Higher Diploma Certificate (for BIT Registered Students)
  • HNDIT Transcript, HNDIT Diploma Certificate, Industrial Training Letter (for SLIATE - HNDIT Students)
  • 1st,2nd,3rd,4th Semester mark sheets (for NDT-IT ITUM Students)
  • Copy of bank slip after paying the application fee Rs 2,500 (Application fee of Rs. 2,500/- should be paid to University of Moratuwa account No. 70993353 at any branch of the Bank of Ceylon)

2. Payment Instructions

  • Online transfers are allowed only between Bank of Ceylon accounts. Others must use paying-in-vouchers for deposits. All Cash Deposit Machines (CDM/ATM) deposits are NOT allowed.
  • Now you can make the payments through the Government Digital Payment Platform. Payment instructions are available at https://bit.uom.lk/banks-2/
  • Please mention your national identity card number or passport number (if you are foreign citizen) as the reference when making the payment.
